Prepare. Review. Sign.
Prepare residential or commercial agreements, collect assigned signatures, and keep the same completed lease available to landlord and tenant.
Leases, messages, repairs, and property records—together in one workspace. RentAid helps landlords stay organized and gives tenants a clear place to connect.
One shared place for the work around a rental, with separate access for each company, its team, and its tenants.
Prepare residential or commercial agreements, collect assigned signatures, and keep the same completed lease available to landlord and tenant.
Private tenant conversations and important notices keep your team connected. Tenants see their own tenancy and the documents shared with them.
Track repair requests and photos, registration paperwork, inspection appointments, expenses, and rent records alongside the right property.
Use your invited account to open your tenancy, documents, messages, and maintenance requests. Ask your landlord if you need a portal invitation.
Contact RentAid for product questions, a walkthrough, or help accessing the app. For repairs, rent questions, or lease changes, message your landlord through your tenant portal.
For account help, include the email you use to sign in. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or full bank-account numbers by email.
RentAid is property management software. Your landlord and signed lease determine your rent, due dates, fees, and tenancy terms.
Create your company and start using RentAid for free. No card is required to get started. Optional paid plans for advanced features will be introduced later, with features and prices shown before you choose an upgrade.
For rent payments, contact your landlord to request a review or refund. For help with RentAid or a product billing question, email support@rentaid.ai or call (856) 366-0209. Include your property and unit, the payment date and amount, and a transaction reference if available. A request alone does not confirm that a refund has been approved. Rent disputes and lease changes remain with your landlord. Online rent collection depends on the payment setup available to your company.
Contact your landlord about cancellation, move-out, nonrenewal, or renewal requests. Follow the notice method and timing required by your lease and applicable law. Sending a message or stopping a payment does not by itself terminate or change your lease.
This public page does not display tenant records. Lease documents, messages, and maintenance details are accessed through the private tenant portal by authorized users. Contact our team with questions about your information or account access.
